Nelson Precision Drilling and Honing is an AS9100 / ISO9001 Certified manufacturing services company that specializes in deep hole drilling and honing.Nelson Precision Drilling can drill, bore, and hone holes from .060” up to 25” in diameter and up to 14 ft. in length in all material types, shapes and sizes. We can hone to diameter tolerances of .0002”, part lengths to 14 feet and generate a 4 Ra surface finish. We have (23) drilling spindles, (5) flat work / knee table drilling spindles, (10) honing spindles and (3) lathes in production and on-site.

Nelson Precision Drilling can deliver an entire job from raw material purchase to inside / outside diameter installation, to final NC machining. We have capacity to do large volume production runs and a willingness to do single piece prototypes and 1st article required parts.
